Summer into Winter Programme 2018

Dear Friends, Please find below our Summer 2018 events programme. You are welcome to join us on any of these occasions or, of course, at any time…

Sunday 3 June - 2pm - Bake a cake for our June Cake Sale, with songs from Yesterday’s Duo. We would be so grateful for any cake contributions from family, friends & staff. All proceeds will be given to the Bramber Bake House Charity (which supports exploited women).

Monday 4 June - 1pm - Our special Kings ‘Seaside’ Lunch (depart 12.30pm).

Tuesday 19 June - 2pm - A ‘Music In Hospitals’ musical treat.

Friday 29 June - 2pm - Summer magic tricks performed by Mr Magic!

Monday 2 July - 1pm - Our special Kings Lunch outing (depart 12.30pm).

Friday 6 July - 2pm - Afternoon melodies sung by our friend, Ritchie Lee.

Monday 16 July - 2pm - ‘Angela, The Singing PA’ returns to entertain us.

Sunday 5 August - 1.45pm - It’s our Summer Garden Party - Live (& loud!) music will be performed by local band ‘Recycled.’ Afternoon tea will be served.

Friday 17 August - 1.30pm - Our Airbourne afternoon tea at the Lansdowne Hotel on Eastbourne Seafront.

Thursday 27 September - 2pm - Mr Magic returns to entertain us with more of his magic tricks.

Friday 28 September - 11am - Our Macmillan Coffee Morning event. Tea, coffee and cake with all the proceeds going to St Wilfrid’s Hospice. Cake contributions welcome! Cake related competition taking place!

Friday 5 October - 4pm - Our Harvest Celebration with cheese, wine and hot sausage rolls. We will be collecting donations of groceries and toiletries for Eastbourne Foodbank.

Friday 2 November - 4pm - Ingham House Fireworks Display with sausages/beans/jacket potatoes. All children are especially welcome.

Friday 9 November - 11am - We ask our friends to join us for our Remembrance Day Service followed by sherry, led by Tess our Manager.

Saturday 8 December - 2pm - Our Ingham Christmas Fair – An opportunity to buy Christmas cards, plants, gifts and decorations with all proceeds going to our Residents Fund.

Thursday 20 December - 2pm - Our Christmas Magic Show with tricks from our friend Mr Magic.

Saturday 22 December - 2pm - It’s Panto Time! - Lots of fun to be had at the matinee performance of Cinderella.
